This is my participation on the 100-comment blog challenge!

Decision, decision, decision….

Gotta choose my niche, narrow down to sub-niche, select a topic that I’m passionate about! And, then start writing…. capture my train of thoughts on paper and on to the cyberspace!

That should be easy! How hard could that be?

But, wait! My ‘train’ of thoughts is racing faster than I can type!

Oh, yes…I’m no typist! In fact I can’t type. My eyes need be on the keyboard pretty frequently. That’s no fun! I Wanna have some fun doing what I do. I’m allowed to have some fun and be creative at the same time, right? John Thornhill at Masterclass tells us to be ourselves.

Then, why am I feeling like a train wreck?

I’m supposed have my topic selected by now. I’m on my 11th week into the coaching program. Research part should have been behind me by now!

But, here’s what’s going on with me!

John said to pick the topic I’m passionate about. Great! I put my thinking cap on and I discovered I’m passionate about a lot of things!

Internet marketing is what I want to master, discover all the secrets, learn few tricks…keeping it all ethical and on board, off course! I love the challenge of the unknown. It drives me forward.

So, I set out to gather as much information as I could put my hands on. There’s a wealth of information available on the internet, not to mention, books at Barnes & Noble.

I said to myself, “what do I need do to make it happen?”

A short trip down the memory lane…the same questions I asked myself many times before. It began with my first business at the age of 22, a first-year student at UCL London. “I needed a plan”… I remember. I always had one. I built a restaurant in London in 1979. Oh! Sounds like a century ago…or so it seems!

I needed a physical store location, product supplies, customers to cater to, seed capital, operating cash reserve until my business hit break-even point, marketing budget (for advertising , promotions), Payroll, an accountant.

I chose a location in Ealing Broadway,West London, bursting with competition! I had a grand opening… served free food, champagne, bottles of wines…as much as they could drink. I didn’t care if they had hangovers the morning after. So, I chose ‘Friday’ as the opening night. Served the best quality food money could buy, pampered ‘customers’ until they were blissfully drunk to remember what really happened… or, just enough that they had a blast!

I was an instant sensation! Every one said, I’d go broke before the week was over. But, they were all wrong! I was an instant success. Words got around; customers from all the local competition came to try my service to find out what the big fuss was all about!

I had batik paintings hanging from the walls…depicting exotic Indian female figures including life size sculptures at the bar. Lights were subdued except for the flickering candles at the tables, ‘spot lights’ highlighting the paintings on the walls and strategically placed sculptures of Hindu Goddess. The buzz was on, and my revenue broke even before week was over and I was making decent profits on the 2nd week into the business. I thought I was a genius!

Well, that was 30 something years ago! I went on to building four businesses by 1992, two restaurants in London and two retail stores in New York City (arts and sculptures). I was always passionate about work of art, used to spend weekends visiting art galleries in London.

Time sure has changed!

Today, cyberspace is the marketplace. So, now I’m on the net, venturing into learning the ‘ropes’ all over again. Man, I sure am glad to have found John Thornhill and his Masterclass coaching program! His eye-opening FREE report, “Why, You’ll Never Succeed Online”!

Yes, I’m energized! I’ve started everything the way John has been asking me to do, every week! This is my week-11 and time to start product creation adventure and challenge!

But, wait! Why does it feel like I’ve hit the skids?

I want to accomplish ‘every marketer’s dream’, a huge email list of responsive subscribers and my own products to promote to them! And, go on to become an acclaimed online marketer!

So, here’s my 2-part plan;

Part-1: Preparation

Buy a good site/blog domain name preferably containing the niche keyword or keyword phrase (up to 3 words)

Set up a blog. (search engines love blogs for their frequent fresh content updates)

Write keywords rich quality contents

Drive targeted traffic to the site

Capture name and email address of visitors in exchange for a free special report or an eBook

Create my own product

Set up email marketing campaign on autopilot through AWeber

Sell to your subscribers

Market through JV and affiliates for massive revenue generation and further list building

Repeat steps: 1-9.

Part-2: Product creation

Select niche (research market place like Clickbank and select popular, profitable niche}

Buy domain name for the product. (keep it short, 3 or less words, include relevant keywords)

Order graphics for product mini-site for launch

Create product contents starting with the chapters lists and the expanding it with appropriate contents. Enhance readers experience with appropriate audio

and videos contents for easy follow and great satisfaction.

Write compelling sales letter

Gather and attach testimonials and proof of product claims with call for

action to buy

Price product at a fraction of its real value. Give massive value to every buyer

Package product with irresistible bonuses valued more than the main product

itself

Offer 100% satisfaction guarantee with hassle-free return policy

Create affiliate marketing package with attractive commission distribution offer

Create affiliate buzz, offer incentives, awards, create affiliate competition

Create thank you page with up sale offer

Do a product pre-launch email campaign offering tit-bits from the product

(Kind of a movie trailer).

Create a buzz, create scarcity and induce urgency of action

Post-purchase follow-up with surprise bonus

Follow up with back-end sales offer to subscribers list.

It has been said… to continue drip mailing to subscribers list with great contents while working on your next product creation for new product launch (preferably, every 90 days).

In between, promote others’ quality products to your subscribers. You must respect and protect your buyer’s list by only offering products that you have tried and believe in. Respect your subscribers and protect your reputation by not constantly bombarding them with relentless and indiscriminate affiliate product offerings. Your buyer’s list is the most valuable asset of your Internet business. so, protect and nurture them for your long-term fortune.

This buyer’s list is your cash-on-demand virtual money machine!

Okay! Okay! I got it!

I know, I like the adventure and the challenge of Internet Marketing. I feel like, I’m at a crossroad and arrows pointing at too many directions. I guess, I’m a little overwhelmed with all the possibilities!

But John said, to research the Clickbank marketplace for ideas. I looked around, and realized that I really am passionate about Online Marketing and Web Traffic Generation, for sure.

But it’s such a big area, breaking further down to so many segments.
I say to myself, alright… I can talk about various methods of online traffic generation! …. Both free and paid.

My consideration follows;

SEO (on-page and off-page

Blogging

Guest blogging in particular

Article marketing

Viral marketing

Free giveaways: reports and eBooks

Back links

Link exchange

Affiliate marketing

Video marketing

Webinar marketing

Software

Forum Commenting

PPC

Link buying…

I’m being told to focus on my list building. Subscribers list, responsive subscribers who are interested in what I have to offer. The size of my list dictates my level of earnings, ‘Rule of thumb’ being $1 earning per month per subscribers on my list.

So, I need a massive list of subscribers to make the money I’m being promised every day through all the emails arriving into by in-box. I’m not surprised, it seems to me I’m on everybody’s list…I’m their prospect!

So, my journey continues …someone, would you please be my best friend and keep me on track?

No one is reading your post? It’s the Headline!

The sole purpose of writing an article online is to get it read. Whether it’s a blog post, a sales letter, a networking email, all the efforts wouldn’t matter until someone reads it.

What is the purpose of your headline, your fonts, and your graphics?

It’s to catch the viewers’ attention, pull them in and compel them to read the first sentence of the article.

Every accomplished copywriter will tell you, various elements of you copy; the headlines, the sub-headlines, the graphics are all very important. They must all be pointing towards a single goal; to get the first sentence read.

Guess what, the purpose of the first sentence is to get the second sentence read! And, so on and so on leading towards an offer and finally the sale. This element is crucial to any copy intended to persuade the reader to respond to a call for action; leading to a sale or subscription to your newsletter!

The writing should present a persuasive point of the benefits of the product to keep the reader engaged and continue down the path to a call for action. It is a step-by-step process. All persuasive arguments are geared to generating an emotional connection to the product’s benefits and the immediate solution it promises to their urgent problem.

Once you understand the objective of the copy, you’ll appreciate why it’s critical for it to contain the following elements:

•	A strong and compelling headline
•	An immediate focus on the benefits to the reader
•	You must make them a promise that you later fulfill
•	You must back up all claims and provide specific proof.

It is important to keep the writing clear, simple and easy to read and maintain a conversational style. You can make it highly effective by using bullets and numbers to highlight each benefit for clear understanding.

Now that we understand the importance of the headlines, how do you write the ones that work? What are the types of headlines catch reader’s attention?

The copywriter superstar Bob Bly puts them under eight headline categories:

1.	Direct Headlines
2.	Indirect Headlines
3.	News Headlines
4.	How-to Headlines
5.	Question Headlines
6.	Command Headlines
7.	Reason Why Headlines
8.	Testimonial Headlines

The Direct Headline goes right to the point of the offer, the selling proposition. For example, ‘Free special report on secret traffic generation method.’ And, it calls for an action.

An Indirect Headline, on the other hand, would take a little subtle approach. It creates a curiosity in the mind of the reader, raises a question which the body then answers. For example, Blogging you way to the bank or, Google is broken, Exclusive interview with an eBay Power seller.

A News Headline provides information on an actual event or occurrence. It could be a product announcement or an event like; Apple introduces new and improved iPhone or, Apple’s Steve Jobs calls for a press conference.

The How to Headline promises solution to an immediate problem followed by Step-by-Step instructions on completing the task. Like, How to Shave 3 Strokes Off Your Golf Score in 3 Days.

A Question Headline must be a question that the reader can empathize with and would like to see answered. He has to read the copy body to learn about the answer. For example; Is Facebook advertising for you? Or, Can you really make money online?

A Command Headline clearly tells the prospect what he needs to do. The first word should be a strong ‘verb’ demanding an action. An example; Click here for your free special report now!

The Reason Why Headline is another effective way to grab a reader’s attention. The body of the text will contain numbered list of product features or tips, which you then incorporate into the headline statement. For example, 21 success secrets of self made millionaires, 7 Habits of Most Successful People.

The Testimonial Headline is very effective since it presents third party validation, outside proof that you offer great value. It‘s what someone else said about your products or services. It’s in the form of an one-line excerpt of their actual words in quotation marks in the headline, which continues in the body copy. For example, “I was able to get over 130 JV Partners.”

Happy Writing!

Did you know there are over 200 factors Google search engine considers in its ranking of your web page? We can only speculate what those are, since Google keeps them a secret. Through trial and error webmasters have come up with some suggestions on factors that play significant role on being ranked higher by Google search engine. Your want your web site to land at the top position on a search result offering contents best fit for the visitor’s search.

There are two ways you could accomplish search engine optimization (SEO) for your web site: On-Page and Off-Page.

Let’s consider the first type, On-Page optimization. Your goal is to optimize your web page in the best possible way and be spotted easily by the search engines looking for relevant text matching a visitor’s inquiry. Understand, the search engine is trying to bring the best possible site rich in content relevant to the search phrase the visitor has typed in.

Search engine spider will crawl your page and scan through to establish a rank for your page. It is based on two important aspects; relevancy and popularity. They crawl in certain pattern looking for the presence of keywords or phrases in strategic positions in your web copy, from top to bottom & from left to right.

Now, let’s consider some of these SEO factors you need to focus on….

SEO your permalink Structure
First thing to do is to change the permalink structure in your WordPress blog from its default (Commonly known as ugly link) form of ?p=post id to a custom settings of /%postname%/. If you want to include category into the link, then you change it to /%category%/%postnane%/

Common settings
o	Default http://syedalamblog.com/?p=123
o	Day and name http://syedalamblog.com/2010/07/13/sample-post/
o	Month and name	http://syedalamblog.com/2010/07/sample-post/
o	Numric http://syedalamblog.com/archive/123
o	Custom Structure	/%postname%/

Once you have done that, you may want to install the Redirection plugin. Also make sure that under Manage –>Redirection–>Options, both URL monitoring select boxes are set to “Modified posts”. This will automatically add 301 redirection when a post URL changes. Now you can change those permalinks to SEO’d permalink and don’t have to worry anything about search engine consequences.

Title Tags
Title Tags are at the top of the hierarchy for each page. They are the first things the search engines look at. If the keyword phrase shows up at the title tag, the search engine flags the page as relevant to that phrase.

Keywords Meta tags
Because of it has been so much badly abused by search engine optimizers that crawlers mostly ignore its contents for ranking purpose.

Description Meta tag
The description Meta tags actually affect your ranking, but is usually shown as the page ‘snippet’ in the search engine results. It must contain keywords phrase to trigger an emotional response from your visitor and compel them to click on the link.

Headings (H1, H2 and so on)
Headings provide the content outlines to the search engines when they crawl your pages. If the target key phrase shows up in the heading, that demonstrate relevance.

Paragraph Copy
The more copy you have on your site the easier it is to rank well. Don’t just stuff copy with keywords, though! This will make your page unpleasant and unreadable as well as be deemed by the search engines as spamming, thereby punish you by dropping you from rankings or worse, ignore your page altogether

Keyword Density
Keywords density (all keywords) for your page should remain within the range of 5 -20% of total words. It is suggested to keep your individual keyword density at 2-4% range for best outcome.

Freshness of the page
Google likes fresh pages. Newer the better. Frequent updating results in frequent spider crawls, hence newer cache.

Bold Key Phrases
Contrary to what is believed, bolding key phrases in your paragraph text do not help your site any rank better. It may add to the aesthetics and make it easy reading for the visitors.

Hidden text
Hiding text on your page and stuffing it with key phrases may be an enticing thought, but search engines root this stuff out. If caught, your site will be penalized. So, don’t do it!

Site age matters
Older sites have higher rankings. It’s a fact of life. You can safely assume 2-year old site has higher ranking than a 1-year old site.

Trust factor
Having a physical address on every page can definitely help make you look more trustworthy.

Image Captions
Search engines are image blind. Text is what search engine indexes and thereby, ignores a web page without text. If your website heavily relies on images, videos, and audio and flash animation files it may affect your search rankings. It’s better to replace those pretty pictures with boring – but more effective text contents! Or, at the very least, put text captions near the image to help with search results.

Bullets and lists
Bullets and lists are more easily scanned by the readers and most certainly add to the better linking opportunities. However, they don’t directly impact ranking results of your web site.

Links
Links equal authority that translates into more relevance. Don’t just buy junk links, though. The quality of the site generating the link will also affect your ranking results. You need links coming from relevant sites. Keep in mind, search engines rank their results based on a combination of relevance and popularity of your web site.

Link Text
Ignored by so many, the link text does matter! If the link to your site reads Click Here that tells the search engine that your site is relevant to ‘click here’! If the link reads Golf Clubs, then it tells the search engines that your site is about golf clubs.

URL
Keyword-rich web address could be a huge help. Because every link to your site that uses the URL as link text creates a keyword-rich link. It definitely helps.

Submitting your web site
You can certainly submit your site to Google, Yahoo and others. But it’s always much better for the search engines to find your site through links from other sites. There lies the importance of commenting on forums and other quality sites. The popularity of your site is a big contributing factor in your search engine ranking results.

Number of clicks on your search listing
Contrary to the myth, you may click on your search listing as much as you want but it’s not going to move you up!

Few words of wisdom
Web site owners often fall victims to the promises of a ‘quick fix’ to the high search engine rankings. That’s nothing less than phantom expectations! SEO is a long and systematic process. You need to write, optimize, build quality links and slowly work your way up.

If you find a short-term fix that works, it definitely will not last. The road to the #1 ranking is literally littered with loads of web sites that resorted to trickery to reach there and soon vanished into oblivion. It does not last! There’s no such short cut to long-term longevity.

Nothing of real worth was ever built with the ingenuity of trickery! So practice ‘white hat’ SEO tactics and rely on contents and natural link growth with little enhancements here and there. This way you will build solid authoritative web presence and will reward you well. It will guarantee your web site a long lifespan and a steady sustainable income generation that you can count on.

Author: John Thornhill

Who is John Thornhill?

John Thornhill is one of the world’s largest ebay eBook sellers and is the creator of numerous eBay selling tips eBooks including The 10k Auction, The eBook Process, Auction Traffic Explosion and the one I am going to talk about today Auction Profit Streams.

Inside Auction Profit Streams you will be greeted with the statement “Many Streams Make a River” now upon reading this eBook I found this to be 100% completely true. It is not about making a large profit from selling your eBooks but making many small profits on auto pilot which will make you a river of revenue for years to come. John shows you how to achieve this with some very simple techniques and changes.

[Click On Image for More Product Info.]

Some of the topics covered inside Action Profit Streams are:

•	How to create your very own eBook and sell it on eBay
•	How to take care of your assets
•	Building a list of subscribers which will serve you for years to come
•	The good and bad point of resale rights eBooks
•	How important are multiple income streams
•	Your eBook title and subject lines
•	Making money from other peoples products
•	Selling your eBay eBooks successfully
•	Private label content profits

The one thing about this eBook which I found different from all other eBooks of this type is John provides you with his eBay id. This allows you to track John’s progress, which is one of the main reasons why most so called eBay guru’s do not reveal their id’s.

John reveals all his secrets to his business without a thought to what it will do to his business with so many people copying him. I’m also one of his privileged Masterclass coaching students, have him as a mentor, with first hand experience of his unparallel giving personality. He most definitely gives you what you need and holds nothing back in this highly comprehensive eBay eBook selling guide.

The next important thing John talks about in his eBook is the importance of a mailing list. Now if you know anything about marketing you know that mailing lists are very very important indeed. In fact most marketers would not earn half as much as they do if they never had a subscriber list.

Another good plus point to this eBook is the fact that John explains this in more detail and gives a good description of how to build your mailing list and use it to your advantage.

In the following chapters to come John explains to you the importance of eBay feedback, why information sells so well, what are the best topics to write about and why they sell so well. John also talks about writing and compiling your eBook which is a very important aspect of eBook creation and getting your product right. It is not simply a case of writing any old trash, you need to do this right and John provides this information for you in great detail.

Overall I found Auction Profit Streams to be a very informative eBook with a missive array of ideas for even the most experienced eBook sellers to learn from. So whether you’re a seasoned eBook seller or a beginner looking for a new venture I would most certainly give a try.

Buying a camera should be the first thing you consider before listing your 1st item on eBay for sale. You need to include pictures to your listings. You require a good digital camera to take clear colorful pictures of your products. It doesn’t need to be high tech.

A picture says a thousand words! Let the picture do the talking. Most people cannot visualize an item from its description. Pictures trigger emotional responses which lead to a buying decision.

Add multiple shots at different angles highlighting its features. The pictures should be outstanding with good lighting & appropriate background enhancing its features tempting your customers.

Emotion sells, logic justifies (after the purchase is made). People do not like to be ‘sold’ on something. Let the buying be ‘their own decision’. Let the product sell itself and be the ‘silent’ sales person for you.

Benefit sells. Highlight benefits of your product not features. People are looking for a product to solve a problem (or a need). They want to know how would ‘this product’ solve their problem or meet their needs.

Also, if you sell a product to a customer who has painted his own mental picture of the item based on the description, may not be happy after receiving the item. It may not look the way he imagined it would be! By not including a picture to your sales page, you are doing yourself a disservice.

The presence of a picture may make a difference between a sale and a no-sale. If you have been actively selling without adding pictures, make this change immediately. You’ll experience a tremendous increase in your sales.

Email marketing is the ‘key’ to success in your Online Business.

Your email LIST is the ultimate asset in your online business! Your goal is to gather a HUGE LIST of subscribers by using certain methods.

Understand, most visitors/prospects will not buy from you on their first visit. Remember, people want to do business with someone they know, like and trust.

In order to respond to your call for action and buy your products or the ones you recommended:

they need to know you

they have to like you

they have to trust you

Your website is your place of business online. And, it has to accomplish three things;

Attract prospects or visitors

Convert prospects or visitors into leads

Convert leads into customers

First: Attract Prospects or Visitors.

Drive traffic to your website /traffic generation via;

Email campaign

Social networking

Paid advertising: PPC and others

Organic Traffic /SEO

Organic traffic generation can be achieved through blogs with fresh contents with key words, article publishing with key words, and video marketing.

Search engines like Google, yahoo and MSN love blogs. They love fresh content.

One, Search engines can tell right away that a website is a blog

Two, If the website content is changing every day or every week, the search engines will visit and spider that site more and more often and look for new information. Search engines consider fresher information more relevant information. It is ‘the most powerful’ way to build a long term thriving online presence generating a very lucrative income.

Second, Convert prospects into leads: Squeeze page/opt-in page.

A squeeze page is your main source for converting prospects into leads.

You offer visitor a free report or eBook in exchange of giving you their email address (and, preferably their names). It applies the ‘Law of reciprocity’; when you give something to someone, they feel compelled, almost instinctively, to give something back. A squeeze page must be a compelling copy to attract visitors attention and a ‘call to action’ to get them to opt-in. It needs to have headline specific to the reader/visitor.

The headline has to be a compelling, strong headline that promises a benefit specific to the person reading it. It should focus on benefits and not the features!

The reason newspapers and magazines have headlines is because headlines get them read. The whole function of the head line is to grab the attention of the visitor and get them to read the entire web page. And, ultimately, pull them in so that they want to give their name and email address.

The purpose of the squeeze page is nothing BUT collecting visitors email address, thus building your mailing list. The size of this email list would ultimately determine your level of success in this business. It is your biggest ‘asset’.

Third, Convert leads into buying customers: Core website or blog.

Leads are then funneled to your core website or blog.

Blog/website helps to build your brand and your image. The website does the heavy lifting to shorten the sales process for you. It does the pre-selling by building ‘know, like and trust’. Your core website must be designed to convey professional, trustworthy image to your leads. It would build relationships and make them predisposed to doing business with you.

Email Marketing /auto-responder:

To monetize your list, you must continue to nurture your relationship with them by maintaining contact with them through monthly newsletter, follow-up email campaign with good and useful information. You harness your relationship with them by actively providing them useful and relevant information and education on an ongoing basis. In between, when you have a product to offer or recommend someone else’s, they will return in kind by responding to call for action and make a purchase.

You accomplish this by creating a series of email messages and setting up a sequential delivery over a period of time. You must automate your campaign by utilizing a good auto responder service and put your ‘drip messaging’ on auto-pilot without any further effort on your part. This is the sure way to build a long term thriving and profitable online business.

Becoming your own boss, the American Dream! Today, it’s more like…A Global Dream! What’s on your mind? Are you wondering about which way to go; Online or Off-line!

If you’re thinking about launching an internet business, you’re a way ahead of your ranks who are thinking of pursuing their dream of being their own boss. It is one of the fundamental and deep rooted entrepreneurial elements of being an American.

Now, you have few Things To Consider.

What is it that you wish to accomplish through owning an online business?

Jot down all that you want to accomplish. How important is it to you?

Can you visualize your life, once you have accomplished your goals?

Determine Your Compelling REASON.

Perhaps these could be some of them;

Earning extra money; paying off bills, building emergency cash reserve, boosting investment portfolio, buying a 2nd home.

Move into a better neighborhood, larger home for growing family

Replacing traditional 9-5 job in the long run.

Time freedom; control when and where and how much time to spend working to build your financial future, improve quality of life, spend more time with family and friends, take frequent vacations, traveling

Choose your Vehicle For Your Journey.

How are you planning to reach your goals? Put some serious thoughts on what are the things you’re passionate about? Think in terms of products and service you enjoy and can offer them to others. How are they going to positively impact other people’s lives? How many of them you could reach? More lives you will impact, more successful you’re going to become.

Are you a People Person? Do you enjoy helping others, without thinking first, ‘what’s in it for me?’

Keep in mind in today’s interactive global society you have the power to reach any one, in any corner of this earth. You can build friendship with someone across the globe, without ever meeting face-to-face. Just like the next door neighbor you share so much of your daily experiences.

Build your Network.

Yes, multitude of social media to build a global fiends network.

Once you have sorted through your thoughts and determined that’s what you want to do…

Time and Money.

Consider about resources you have available to dedicate towards your new business building.

How much time you can invest towards your new venture, on a consistent basis; daily, weekly?

How much funds do you have available to invest, until you achieve positive cash flow?

A BIG mistake a lot of people make is not to put a serious funding source in place. Sometimes they end up prematurely giving up on their dreams for lack of cash for running operating expenses.

Have A Business Plan.

Now that you have done the mental exercise, it’s time to sit down and put together a written business plan. Without having it written, you have a very slim chance to succeeding. That’s the reality!

Gather Information and knowledge.

You can self-teach through audio, video and print material. And there’s plenty available.

In addition, I strongly recommend, a coach or a mentor who’s going to walk you through the process right up to and beyond your launch. There’s a tremendous benefit in having someone on your side holding your hand throughout the process and hold you accountable.

The ‘Fear Factor’!

This is a big one! It keeps most people from taking action! Fear of failure is mostly due to anticipated criticism from family and friends! The presence of a coach will eliminate that fear and ensuring your path to success.

Take Actions.

Taking consistent actions is the key to any success. You must do something for your business on a daily basis. Set yourself a time-line with deadlines for the completion of various stages of your project.

Do not go to step-2 until the completion of step-1.

Stay focused and organized as you move forward towards the completion.

Be Patient!

Nothing worthwhile was ever built in a day! Follow your game plan, take consistent actions and stay focused. Be patient. If you fail to experience expected results, review your plan. Adjust your action plan, if necessary. Consult with your mentor, if you have one.
