Your core website must be designed to convey professional, trustworthy image to your leads. It would build relationships and make them predisposed to doing business with you.

To monetize your list, you must continue to nurture your relationship with them by maintaining contact with them through monthly newsletter, follow-up email campaign with good and useful information. You harness your relationship with them by actively providing them useful and relevant information and education on an ongoing basis. In between, when you have a product to offer or recommend someone else’s, they will return in kind by responding to call for action and make a purchase.
